Dates for your Diary
The holiday dates for the academic year 2012-13 are now on this website. If you would like a hard copy, please telephone the school office.
School Holiday 2012
We have now confirmed our stay at the Peninsula Hotel, Grande Havre, Guernsey from the 7th to the 11th of May 2012. Liberation Day takes place on the 9th of May, so we will be involved in all the activities taking place that week to celebrate the end of the German Occupation of Guernsey during the second World War. Our itinerary will also include visits to Castle Cornet, the German Underground Hospital and Museum, a visit to Herm, Les Vauxbelets (the Little Chapel) and several other important sights.
Use of Telephones
Could we please remind all parents that phone calls to your students should be kept to a maximum of 5 minutes per call. This is so that everyone has an opportunity to use the telephone. We understand that this may need you to curtail the conversation. It is also very difficult for students to get access to the telephone if parents call every night. Please limit your calls to a couple of times per week. We are not trying to stop you talking to your children, but trying to allow EVERYONE a fair opportunity.
